Prior To Your Charter
On confirmation of your booking, a 50% deposit is required and the remainder is payable 72 hrs prior to departure.
Cancellation of your booking within 7 days of your charter, will forfeit your deposit, and cancellation within 72 hours will result in no refund; however special conditions for overseas visitors may apply at our discretion.
Unsafe weather as determined by Dream Catcher Sailing Charters may cause postponement of the charter on the day. Rain is not cause for postponement.
If Dream Catcher Sailing Charters postpones a trip due to bad weather the trip will be rescheduled.
In the event of postponement, Dream Catcher Sailing Charters will offer a gift certificate for the full price of the charter to be used within a 12-month period.
Choice of destinations will be determined by wind and weather conditions.
Although Dream Catcher Sailing Charters adheres to strict safety regulations, all passengers travel with Dream Catcher Sailing Charters, at there own risk.
Dream Catcher Sailing Charters reserves the right to refuse any passenger at any time for whatever reason.
Passengers must be ready to board the vessel at least 15 minutes before departure time.
Alcohol and drinks are on a B.Y.O. basis only, as we cannot sell alcohol.
Dream Catcher Sailing Charters reserves the right to limit any passenger’s intake of alcohol at any time throughout the trip.
Pick up and departure points may be varied depending on weather conditions on the day. Passengers will be advised of departure point within 2 hours of appointed pick-up time.
Any photographs taken by us during your charter may be used for advertising or promotional purposes, please advise if you do not consent to their use by us.
We strongly advise that passengers unable to swim take the option of wearing a life vest during the charter.
