Susan's menus are seasonal using produce to create dishes that are both gourmet standard and feasible for on board dining :
Day Cruises - sample menu

Overnight Experiences - Dinner sample menu
- Bruschetta, followed by
- Smoked salmon pasta or
- BBQ rib eye and garden salad

Breakfast - sample menu
- Cooked breakfast including eggs, bacon, tomatoes and toast or continental breakfast or
- Blueberry pancakes with homemade yoghurt
- Tea or coffee
Weekend expeditions - 2nd night's dinner sample menus
- Tasmanian salmon fillet with champagne sauce or
- Moroccan lamb
- Soft drinks
- Tea
